Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Digital Vision (“we,” “our,” or “us”) related to commercial photography projects. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Services
We provide commercial photography services for businesses, brands, and professionals including (but not limited to) product photography, corporate portraits, real estate photography, lifestyle shoots, and editorial work.
3. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of final edited photos.
All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details and any necessary permissions or access.
Delays caused by client unavailability, lack of information, or late payments may affect delivery timelines.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of the shoot unless agreed otherwise.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
6. Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to use the photos for portfolio, website, and promotional use.
7. Intellectual Property
All images remain the intellectual property of Digital Vision unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure).
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal and business information (name, contact, company name, project details) when you inquire or book our services.

To process bookings and deliver services
To communicate project details
To promote our work (only with your consent for client names/logos)
3. Protection of Data
We use appropriate security measures to protect your information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
4. Your Rights
You may request to access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us at info@d-vision.ae.
Refund Policy
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your session date and covers initial planning and preparation costs.
2. Cancellations
If a session is canceled by the client less than 72 hours before the shoot, the full session fee may be charged.
Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
3. Unsatisfactory Results
If the client is unsatisfied with the final images due to technical issues or quality that falls short of our standard, we may offer a partial refund or reshoot, at our discretion.
Style or artistic preferences do not qualify for refunds.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, etc.), we will offer rescheduling or a full refund if no service was rendered.
